Tax concessions and other conveniences:
entrepreneurs that run or start their businesses in the area of Pionki Commune are entitled to take advantage of tax relief and reductions according to the Council of Ministers regulation dated 24 January 1995 (Dz. U. No 14, 1995).

According to the City Council: " exempt from real estate taxes are parties who, in order to staff newly built businesses, ensure at least 20 full- time employment positions, through the exemption period of 5 years from the  establishing of  said taxable enterprise". 

 

Sub-region Radom Region IV
The City of Pionki offers its investors attractive "green field" type landscape environment, sited within the TSSE area of activity, with a total area of 21,7 hectares. The offered areas are fully developed in terms of infrastructure and means of communications. The immediate vicinity is equipped with a full range of infrastructure utilities, including electric power supply, water, gas and sanitary lines. The investment zones are located near municipal roads, at close proximity to rail lines. The plots are free of pollution and are ready for immediate use. There are no residential areas in the immediate vicinity. 

Real estate plots within the city limits fall within the TSSE activity region.        
The favorable business atmosphere, credibility and assistance that we offer our investors realized itself, for example, when upon TSSE founding, an investor discovered the attractiveness of our offer and established his economic activity, here, creating the jobs that we value.

There area is subdivided into investment plots of various size and includes the following:
- plot nr. 1461/6 at Wspólna Street, of 5,82 hectares
- plot nr. 1468/294 at Radomska Street, of 1,57 hectares
- plot nr.  1464/70 of 8 hectares.

The public support is assigned for active businessmen, which will make new investments and employ new staff.
From 1st January 2001 Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISLOSAN offers the public support, called regional support for investors.
Investors operating within the granted license may enjoy this regional support on the base of two claims: the investment expenditures or creating and maintaining of new jobs.
The maximal regional support for one businessman for an investment project amounts to 50 % of the investment expenditures for this project (so-called support intensity) or 50% of the two-years labor costs of the new employed staff. In case of small or medium-sized businessmen the above index is increased by 15%. It enables a possible regional support of up to 65% in total. The businessman obtains this support mostly in form of income tax allowances and as amounts received from other support sources.
The amounts received by the investor as the public support from several sources are to be summed. Principles of regional support
The regional support must not exceed 50% (for small and medium-sized companies - 65%) of the investment expenditures borne for the supported project.
The calculation of the investment expenditures takes into consideration the standard costs of the following structure:
-land purchase costs - not higher than 5% of the total costs of the investment,
-expenditures on structures and buildings - not higher than 40 % of the total costs of the investment,
-expenditures on equipment of new buildings - not higher than 70 % of the total costs of the investment.
The sum of the percentage participation of the components qualified for the above-mentioned support must not exceed 100%.The minimal investment expenditure is 100,000 EURO. The investor must stay owner of the component of the possessions, for which the investment expenditures have been borne for the period of 5 years. The economic activity concerning this investment must be kept for at least 5 years after the support granting day.
The investment expenditures included in the regional support include, e.g. expenditures for purchase of plots, building and structures as well as other fixed assets connected with the realization of the new investment (including machines and equipment, which have been already used before).
The regional support on the base of creating new jobs must not exceed 50% of the two-years labor costs borne for the new employed people, assuming that these new jobs will be kept for at least 5 years after the support granting day.
The corporation and individual persons income tax exemption is assigned from the month in which the businessman have borne investment expenditures to the exhaustion of the regional investment support. Examples of admissible support
